The LMT gas piston bolt carrier group requires a modified bolt carrier extension due to the non-standard, smaller diameter of the rear hole of the bolt carrier group. We can provide a modified bolt carrier extension at no additional charge, but it can take up to 2 weeks for the custom machining.
